About Foundry One

We were established in 2005, originally called Crosshare Communications. Back then we worked with a number of local businesses offering website development services. We took pleasure in offering low-cost solutions whilst cutting out the technobabble that many competitors seemed unable to avoid.

Within our first year, we had an ever-growing client list and were beginning to move outside our normal geographic coverage (at this point, our clients were still mostly in central Scotland but we also had clients in England, Italy and USA).

Our thriving client list wasn’t the only thing expanding – our services changed – from being just about websites to also incorporating graphic / print design, photography and videography. We also built on our success in websites, offering new and innovative services such as failover website hosting and search engine optimisation.
